Privacy
What we collect
- Your account — name, email, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) or your Google sign-in.
- Public account data — when you give Daliah a public @ on TikTok, Instagram or Facebook, she reads what anyone can see on that account: the profile, the posted videos and their captions, and the public counts shown beside them (views or plays, likes, comments, shares where the platform shows them). Nothing private, and no password.
- Your TikTok data — if you connect TikTok through TikTok's official Login Kit, and only with your explicit consent, we read what you authorize via TikTok's API: your basic profile (display name, avatar) and profile details (bio), your account statistics (follower, following, like and video counts), and your list of posted videos with their captions and public performance metrics. We use it solely to analyze your content and give you insight, in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.
- Your Instagram and Facebook data — if you connect a Meta account, and only with your explicit consent, we read what you authorize through Meta's official APIs: your Instagram professional account profile and media with their captions and insights, and the Facebook Pages you manage with their posts and insights. Daliah works with Facebook Pages, never personal profiles, and never reads your inbox, friends or private content unless you explicitly connect that feature. We use this data solely to provide the service to you, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- Drafts you show Daliah — videos and images you upload for a read are processed to produce that read, and kept so Daliah can compare later versions of the same video and track how it actually did.
What we do with it
- Analyze your content to give you reads, research, ideas, captions, a content calendar and account insight — that's the product.
- Track the real outcomes of what you post so Daliah's calls stay honest and get sharper for your account.
- Schedule and hand off the posts you ask her to schedule, at the time you chose.
- Nothing else. Your platform data is used only to provide the service to you.
What we never do
- We never publish on your behalf without your explicit action. Daliah writes your captions and prepares the post; you decide when it goes out.
- We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, transfer it to data brokers, or use your content to promote anything.
- We never train public or shared models on your private drafts or on your TikTok, Instagram or Facebook data.
- We never show your unposted drafts to other users. In a shared workspace, only the teammates you invite can see its work.
Where it lives, and how long
Account data and analysis results are stored with Supabase, hosted in Canada (ca-central-1). Video and audio processing runs on our own machines. We keep a minimal visit log (time, page, IP) for security and reliability — no ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no cookies beyond your own session. We retain platform data only while your account is active and that platform is connected; when you disconnect a platform or delete your account, the data associated with it is deleted.
Your control, and deleting everything
You can disconnect TikTok, Instagram or Facebook at any time, which immediately stops all access to that platform. You can also revoke Daliah's access directly from your TikTok settings, or from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites for Instagram and Facebook.
To delete your account and every piece of data associated with it — including all TikTok, Instagram and Facebook data — email [email protected] from the address on your account and it is done, with confirmation back to you. There is no waiting period and nothing is retained afterwards.
Children
Daliah is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
