The service

Daliah is an AI social media teammate. She watches the content on your TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts, reads your drafts before you post them, researches your space, writes your captions, keeps your content calendar and schedules your posts. Daliah is currently in beta — provided as-is and evolving fast. Features may change, and occasional downtime happens.

Honest expectations

Daliah gives reads, not guarantees. Her read on a video is a feel from her model, said as the bar it is likely to reach — under 10K, 10K+, 100K+ or 1M+ — against what your account usually does. "Under 10K" is the read she is most certain about; the others are informed reads, never promises. How any single post performs also depends on distribution luck no one can see in advance. Her read of how a video is likely to do is trained on TikTok outcomes — on Instagram and Facebook she tells you what she sees in the footage rather than pretending the odds carry over. You always decide what goes out: Daliah never publishes on your behalf without your explicit action.

Your content

Everything you upload or connect stays yours. You grant us only the access needed to run the service: reading the public accounts you point her at, reading the TikTok, Instagram or Facebook data you have authorized, and processing the drafts you show her. Plans and billing

There is a free plan with a small daily room, and paid plans — Creator $35/month, Pro $89/month and Studio $145/month, in USD, billed monthly. Every plan gives you a room for the day and a room for the week; everything Daliah does draws on it, and reading what she already holds costs nothing. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; you keep the room for the rest of the month you paid for. Prices may change for new subscriptions, never retroactively for a month you already paid.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't upload content that's illegal or that you don't have rights to.
• Follow the terms of the platforms themselves — TikTok, Instagram and Facebook each have their own, and using Daliah doesn't override them.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daliah and its creator are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or the performance of any content you post. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending things

You can stop using Daliah and delete your account at any time (email us). We may suspend accounts that break these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada.
