Short words about what they post — never your own trade. A search for “barber” finds barbers, not the people who'd look good in your chair. Then I open each profile.

A follower count can be old, bought, or carried by one video. I look at how their recent videos actually do, whether they can hold a camera, and whether the people watching look like yours — from what's public.
